Keep in mind that the stocks mentioned in this blog are for informational purposes only and are not to be considered as investment advice for hte buying and-or selling of stocks. Do your own research and make your own decisions. Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) - For the past couple of weeks this stock has remained close to the support line in an upward channel as General Electric and Vivendi continue talks that could give Comcast control of NBC Universal. CMCSA is rapidly gaining momentum and should cross above the 0 line early in the day after trading starts. The move of the momentum line above the 0 line appears to be 1 to 2 days ahead of the crossover of the MACD(26) above the trigger line into a bullish position. Special note should be taken of the Relative Strength Index (RSI 14) for CMCSA. As of the close of market this past Friday, RSI(14) was at 32.87. Though only slightly into the "neutral territory" bounded by the 70 and the 30 line, the RSI(14) should be given some consideration as CMCSA moves towards the developing bullish trend.
