On July 9, 2009 Hard To Treat Diseases (PINK:HTDS) announced that it would be reasserting its ownership rights to certain intellectual property which was inappropriately converted by the previous management of HTDS (Source: PRNewsWire.com). The company was careful at that time not to divulge the particulars of the intellectual property or the OTCBB company that they were reasserting their rights against, but they did give a link in their article to a filing located at PinkSheets.com.
