HTDS Developed a Peculiar CCI(14)
Posted On 04/15/2010 22:17:28 by Underworlds

Well, today was a really good day for HTDS. Share price opened at yesterday's high of 0.0033 and formed a white marabuzo to close at 0.0037. After seventeen days of being under the control of the bears, it looks as though the last two days have belonged to the bulls after spending four days wrestling control from the bears.

Checking out the technical indicators on HTDS as of the close of trading today...

HTDS Chart

MACD(12) is just crossing over the EMA(MACD)(5) and entering into a bullish position. The MACD is still only slightly below 0, but has been increasing over the last two days and looks as though it will be crossing above the 0 line some time tomorrow.

Though RSI(7), RSI(14) and RSI(21) met at the close of business yesterday, they parted ways by end of business today to close with RSI(7) near 68, RSI(14) near 58, and RSI(21) near 53. All three RSI lines were ascending as they diverged from one another, showing positive relative strength for the share price.

MTM(10) fared equally well today in its second day above the EMA(MTM)(5) line and ascending.

MTM(10) crossed above EMA(MTM)(5) during trading yesterday. Yesterday's trading also saw the RSI(7) line cross above RSI(14) which crossed above RSI(21). Both of these crossings are strong forward indications of the MACD crossover that occured today.

Attention should also be given to the Price Inertia(14,10,20) line. Inertia reached its height six days ago, as the bears and the bulls began wrestling for control of HTDS. It's decline began three days later, on April 13, as the bears finally succombed to the brute force of the bulls. Today, Inertia closed crossing just slightly below the 70 line. As the rate of the decrease increases, shareholders should expect significant price increases. Careful attention should be given to when the Inertia line makes its crossing below the 60 line.

The CCI(14) - Commodity Channel Index - has been extremely peculiar these past three days. Normally, the CCI(14) will change by an average of around 20 to 25. Yesterday, however, the CCI(14) increase an incredible 195 points, climbing from around -195 to 0 (zero). Today - and this is the peculiar part - the CCI(14) made another incredible increase from 0 (zero) to +207.40!!!!

To see what tomorrow's trading brings is, without doubt, going to be interesting. Good luck to all HTDS longs.
